With a robust educational foundation that includes a PhD in Business Management alongside degrees in Commerce and Theology, Dr. Akepogu’s expertise lies in strategic leadership, organizational development, and ethical business practices. Her leadership journey reflects a deep commitment to innovation, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable economic growth.
Over the course of 18 years, Dr. Akepogu has held key positions in globally recognized organizations such as TATA Groups, HSBC, ADP Software Company, and Google. Her work as an investment specialist in Dubai and Liberia has been pivotal in attracting and managing significant investments from India and the USA, fostering business growth in diverse markets. As the founder of multiple enterprises—including Kiki Kreations Cosmetics, SN Groups, Afro Euro Trading, and SN Enterprises—she has demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial vision and the ability to navigate competitive industries successfully.
Beyond her corporate and investment achievements, Dr. Akepogu is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and capacity building. She has trained young women from 17 engineering colleges, equipping them with the skills and confidence to pursue self-employment and professional success. Her exceptional contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including Best Women Entrepreneur of the Year (Liberia, 2023) and Best Debut CEO of Liberia (2024).
